2. Server log files
When you access this website, the web server automatically processes technical access data: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the previously visited page, and browser and device information. This processing is technically necessary in order to operate and secure the website.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in secure and uninterrupted operation. Retention period: 90 days.
3. Hosting and technical operation
This website is operated via the Puggle platform and hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre within the EU. Both providers act as processors under a contract and process data solely on instruction.
4. Cookies
Simply opening this website sets no cookies. Only once you make a choice in the cookie notice is a single cookie (cookie_consent) stored, with a lifetime of one year. It records nothing but your decision, so that the notice does not reappear on every visit.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in documenting your choice. You can delete the cookie in your browser at any time.
5. No web analytics, no advertising
No analytics or tracking service is set up on this website. There is no audience measurement, no profiling and no advertising-related evaluation of your behaviour.
6. External fonts and code libraries
To render its pages, this website loads fonts and code libraries from external providers. For technical reasons your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider in the process:
- Google Fonts – Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com)
- Adobe Fonts – Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland (use.typekit.net)
- jQuery, Bootstrap and further libraries via the content delivery networks code.jquery.com, cdn.jsdelivr.net and cdnjs.cloudflare.com
A transfer to third countries, in particular the USA, cannot be ruled out; the providers rely on standard contractual clauses for this. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in a consistent and functioning presentation.
For technical reasons a connection to www.googletagmanager.com is also prepared when the page loads. No analytics script is loaded and no evaluation takes place.
7. Links to social networks
Where this website refers to profiles on social networks, these are plain links. No plug-ins are embedded; data is transmitted to the respective provider only once you actively click the link.
8. Share links
Where individual content is made available through a private share link, access may require entering an e-mail address. In that case the address entered, the IP address and browser information are logged in order to make access traceable. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention period: 90 days.
9. Comments and likes
If the comment function is enabled for a project, your name or e-mail address and your contribution are stored so that the contribution can be displayed and attributed to you. Storage lasts until you withdraw it or the contribution is deleted. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
10. Contacting me
This website contains no contact form. If you contact me by e-mail or telephone, I process your details solely in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and keep the correspondence for as long as is necessary to handle it and any follow-up questions.
11. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
12. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, simply write to caiok@outlook.at.
